I'm working in the web area as a backend developer using PHP.

Many projects use #NodeJS in order to generate their JS and CSS Assets.

There are so many reports regarding compromised packages and the whole ecosystem seems none trustworthy to me. That makes me feel #insecure.
Still I need to execute the installation of packages and compilation of assets.
