今天发生了件我百思不得其解的事，就是去了一家超小型商超，就比士多店再大一点点而已的那种，也不是什么连锁店，我买了瓶可乐，收银台付款时老板只扫了可乐，没有扫我手机付款码，然后我就听到老板那边有音响通知到账几元，接着我微信支付也扣了几元。🤯
不扫码到底是怎么给的钱的？我是看着她扫了一下可乐，我慢腾腾地把付款码出示给她，结果她根本没用扫码枪扫，只是自顾自地在收银台忙活的。到底是我记性已经差到几秒前发生了什么事都能忘记（比如老板扫了码，但我没看到），还是现在有了什么新技术，怎么实现的？我想不明白。

Expound vs Expand
Expound means "explain in detail." Expand means "explain in greater detail." So while expound does imply thoroughness, expand is comparative. All you can tell for certain when person A says person B has "expanded" on a topic is that person B said more than he did earlier.
