Writing a big public letter where I use "self-sustaining game growth" to mean hyper-exploitation of our existing customer base to boost short term profits without needing to actually change anything about the long term sustainability of hit-driven AAA game development practices (and the eternal dice roll on getting a hit that prints money like GTA V or other exceptional releases, which have no guarantee of ever happening for your company).
Does no one remember how Second Life actually went???

I wrote an article, "So you want to be a software developer?": https://wordsmith.social/underlap/how-to-become-a-software-developer

Thailand, to my knowledge, in one of 2 nations (the other is Ecuador) offering a retirement Visa. Requirements are age 50 or above, and a monthly income of 80000 THB (2396 USD) or 800000 THB in the bank

Hello Fediverse, I'm new here. As my bio states, I'm a blogger, translator, 3D printer/maker, programmer, drone pilot and whatnot from Europe (Italy). I recently decided to start writing again — first on my blog, then we'll see — so this felt like the perfect Mastodon instance. Am I doing this right?

https://m.eprice.com.hk/mobile/talk/4247/218269/1/

Token

If you're independently wealthy and have an individualist mentality and a sharp smart mind you can do pretty much anything you want. That's the best way to be. Haven't got the first one yet, but I'll work on that and work toward fulfilling my dreams in 2022.
