Covid deaths per year at 4000 per week (current US)- about 200k.
Heart disease deaths per year for a typical recent year- about 600k.

@abbynormative My daughter's school changed buildings for 2020-21 and focused design on good ventilation. They did free testing regularly. She wears a mask and has avoided covid to date. Some good schools exist.

@surfingreg @jljcolorado @joeyfox Your raw number of 688 ppm CO2 is quite low considering 20 people in the room. There is math available and calculations you could conceivably do if you search the web. But, as a CO2 meter owner, my experience suggests that 688 is a very good indoor number consistent with good ventilation.

There are vast sections of the population today who do not believe in science. They don’t believe in facts. They don’t believe in much other than what they want to believe in.
Their belief system will increasingly drive their attitude and understanding of their healthcare circumstances.
*Going forward, this new reality will prove to be a tremendous challenge for the healthcare system*.
....Many will die an early death.
