I can’t bear to link to it, because the piece can only be meant as clickbait. The #NewYorkTimes has published an essay by Bret Stephens claiming that masks do nothing to reduce the spread of Covid. This is scientifically illiterate, intellectually dishonest, and actually dangerous.

He was later awarded $2.4 million. I’ve met Soren and find him very credible. Having police shoot out his eye is a big part of his story but he’s knowledgeable about far more than that (having worked w/Our Streets & w/a grad degree from the U). My partner just got over #COVID19. W/o locking ourselves in separate rooms, we avoided spreading it in our house while still be social (watching shows, conversations etc.). Through:
1. Masking
2. Testing
3. Upper room UV
4. Sleeping + eating in separate rooms
5. HEPAs everywhere
6. Ventilation
7. Being up to date on vaccines
