Fixing a small JBL Bluetooth speaker for my brother before I head down to Atlanta for the holiday. It's easier for me to desolder and resolder these speakers than try to mess with the connectors buried inside.

I saw this bummer sticker on the way to the office this morning and it is the most @Blenster and @rayredacted thing I have ever seen. These are two of the most caring and supportive people you could interact with. I hope this come true for all of you today. #KindnessMatters
Just paid the last of my kidney stone related bills; all told a little under $800.

@dubiago I totally agree; I just wanted to be clear on that point because I have seen people co-opting "kindness" to excuse bad behavior.

@dubiago I mostly agree and I try to do a lot of outreach to folks who want to learn how to do better or why somethings are important but at the same time we cannot allow kindness to be the excuse we use to allow those who wish to do harm to do said harm.
There is a balance and where exactly that line is I don't know but I'm doing my best.

working on some new siderbot upgrades for my Asi robots, the last time I made them they where small warbles but I think ima make them walk next #Technology #robot #steam #wip
Helped my friend with a plasma pistol cosplay prop with an Arduino nano controlling some APA102 LEDs in two strips of 10 side by side.
It animates a slow-to-fast forward sweep along a color axis from blue green to a more teal with increasing brightness until it reaches full brightness and speed which is flashes through 10 times before flashing all the LEDs as if it fired.
I'll post a video of the animation later; not sure how well that description works.
