Anyone else getting really annoyed that every new 3D printer has its own new nozzle design now?

A1 Mini, Custom Nozzles
SV07, Custom Nozzle

In fact, out of the 7 printers I’ve owned, I think only the old Ender 3 V2 Neo uses a typical Mk8 nozzle. The V3 SE even uses its own MK-ST nozzle for whatever reason

The A1 at least their nozzle design is unquestionably superior in every way, quick change and integrated with the heatbreak is the way forward, and they did have the courtesy to make hardened and other sizes available. So ok here, really.

The Neptune 4 Max goes even further by being incompatble with the Neptune 4 and 4 Pro models of the same line up! What?? Why? This leaves the Max and Plus models with basic 0.4mm nozzles – absurd on a large printer already, and nothing for abrasive materials, even months after release.

But the rest, I’d love to have someone explain to me why they couldn’t have used Volcano nozzles. It seems like bullshit to me. If they somehow needed more flow than a Volcano (I doubt it, they aren’t that high speed) then CHT exists. I highly doubt any of these nozzles have a higher flow than a CHT Volcano.

It really irritates me.
