You know rent is out of control in Toronto when some hotels are offering month-long stay packages for less than the average rent in the city (currently $2980/month).

The Don Valley Hotel is offering a month-long stay packages priced at $2k/month + tax and includes things like parking & amenities. Only major downside is that the rooms don't have a kitchen but has microwave & fridge.

…possibly 2 of them. Haven’t yet decided.

Can include cables needed to run a Wires-X node.

Will make a more complete listing here before I bother with Craigslist or whatever.

The 1950s self-fulfilling prophecy of travel demand by car is the 2020s self-fulfilling prophesy of aviation demand. Nobody wants a new Washington airport. Nobody wants an expanded Western Washington airport. But there's a state commission to find one in a state that supposedly committed to climate action. https://www.seattletimes.com/opinion/editorials/to-land-a-second-airport-was-case-must-be-ironclad/

There has been no official confirmation yet that the #ceasefire has been extended. We will know within the hour.

Sports Illustrated published articles by fake, AI-Generated writers. They were asked about it and deleted every single suspect article. Fake writers are one thing, but it appears they did not have an editor either.
