I started learning to play piano just before I turned 56, two years ago. It's something I had always wanted to do & I was slightly depressed about some things in my life & there were SO many free pianos being offered online. But I absolutely feel a lot of emotional & mental benefits. Taking up the guitar again has also been a big emotional & mental boost. I'm not looking to be professional - I just like doing it, for myself. Hope to keep doing it for a few decades.
