Such a shame - they had “oculomotor related eardrum oscillations” or OREOs - right there waiting. #neuroscience #auditoryScience

#AndrewCuomo’s efforts may be sharply compromised by the findings, which determined he repeatedly subjected #women who worked for him to unwelcome #sexual contact, comments & looks, & gave preferential treatment to some based on their physical appearance.

The report adds that staff enabled him & retaliated against some who complained. The #DOJ characterized the response as being “designed only to protect #Cuomo from further accusations, rather than to protect employees from #SexualHarassment.”

This interview with Senator Blumenthal about KOSA is interesting: https://slate.com/technology/2023/09/senator-blumenthal-kosa-kids-online-internet-safety-ai-regulation-congress.html

He claims KOSA won't stop kids from finding queer content if they want to find it, but will prevent "algorithms" from serving it to them against their wishes.

My guess? He doesn't understand algorithms.
