I would keep something in mind as the u.s. (potentially) descends into armed conflict with itself:

This country is bristling with nuclear weapons and that's a global "OH FUCK" thing to consider.

We're not a very socially intelligent species but we sure are good at blowing things up.

You could try not killing each other over your disagreements because eventually it leads to situations where the planet is too small to survive our destructive impulses.

Think on that a bit, world.
