NATO members describing the #counteroffensive as "slower than expected" should look in mirror first:

#NATO - the world's wealthiest, largest and most powerful military alliance - took 400 days to send modern battle tanks to #Ukraine

#ATACMS? Still thinking.
#F16s? Who knows.

If Ukraine would have acted with NATO's speed, the Russians would have reached the island of Madeira by now.

Ukraine is doing incredibly.
It's the NATO turtle that is acting slower than expected.

We've lived in our neighborhood for almost a decade.

Every year there's a small 4th of July parade where the local families, alderman, and fire dept. volunteers do the tiny parade thing.

Every year we've been invited to a neighbor's backyard since they have a front seat view. Lots of folks come, it's a good time to catch up.

Don't think I'm going this year. Sure don't feel like celebrating. And I definitely wouldn't be fun to be around at such an occasion.

Happy #4thOfJuly, I guess?

A #honeybee crawls up the large, white #flower of a Southern #Magnolia tree.
The #SouthernMagnolia’s flowers are large, and have an outer layer of #petals that lie almost flat, with a second set oriented vertically, giving them a cup-and-saucer appearance.
The future seed-cone of the tree lies in the center of the “cup.”
