#ElonMusk is changing the name of #Twitter to #x because the previous times you Googled "Elon Musk & X" all you got was this picture him balding AF next to Peter Thiel.

A lot of tweeting like a flock of birds on #Twitter today...

#Musk is spitting out one line witticisms like "What is the meaning of Internet" as fans bow & contemplate the heaviness.

At the same time (outside his posts) there is a parade of graphics & potential new "X" logos as Lord #MuskVirus says he may rebrand within a day.

Meanwhile there is a stream of discussion - should I stay, should I go? "No way, I'm comfy here, not starting over" vs. "Threads is groovy".

Feels like Google+ to me.

"X" might look fun on paper (to a teenager), but in reality, it's a pretty awkward sound.

A rebrand is also a lot more than just changing the logo. Without a clear direction and campaign, the public would not remember it, especially his Boomer target market.
