When Bush and his admin lied us into an illegal war I thought I'd seen the bottom as far as trying to shut people up who opposed his illegal war and lies. The bullshit pushed out against calls to stop the war were called unpatriotic, liars, anti-American. (Don't forget the Dixie Chicks and their great stand.)
I think we are far more fascist now. Equating calls for a cease fire as Antisemitic, terrorists, while stoking Islamophobia and giving Israel free rein on weapons. And the press is silent
