- Summary: Intel's Optane memory modules, which were launched in 2015, have been discontinued in 2022. The discontinuation was predictable as Optane faced challenges from increasing advancements in DRAM and flash memory technologies. Optane's value proposition as a unique storage tier between DRAM and flash diminished over time, and flash memory became the dominant storage technology. Alternative methods of persistence, such as persistent DIMMs, also emerged, further impacting Optane's market.
...and speaking of Sugar Babies, they nonetheless came in handy for one Halloween when I wore a shoddy felt hat, a raincoat that looked like a trenchcoat, and a very very VERY long knitted scarf and nonetheless went by the name of Clara, but billed myself as an American time traveler who wouldn't go asking for candy.
I'd simply say "want a Sugar Baby?"
One simply cannot find jelly babies in my neck of the woods. So--the Shada Scarf was produced by a witty little knitter while mine was knitted by Betsy Ross who definitely had an aversion to Brits.
