Good morning lovelies. Breakfast this morning - tomato tart, about to go into the oven.

It's my take on a Careme Pastry recipe - the pastry is spread with mustard (I used Dijon), then sprinkled liberally with breadcrumbs and lightly with grated parmesan cheese. Topped with tomatoes, S&P, herbs and olives. I used my dried sage, dried thyme and a sprinkle of the thyme with orange salt that I made.

It is a little addictive.
