The data it sells reveals precise information about a person, such as visits to hospitals, “reproductive health clinics, places of worship, homeless and domestic violence shelters, and addiction recovery facilities.” Moreover, by selling such detailed data about people, the FTC says “Kochava is enabling others to identify individuals and exposing them to threats of stigma, stalking, discrimination, job loss, and even physical violence.”"

#ConsumerUnions are a complementary way to help more companies unionize and to support existing worker #Unions, right? Is this common knowledge?

I don't see a lot of chatter like organizing folks to buy goods & services from union shops and to lobby the non-union companies they do business with to unionize (or get out of the way — or BE SUPPORTIVE — when the workers finally do). But this seems to make so much sense, I assume it's happening and I just haven't read enough or found my people.

Police in the UK have arrested six people over a plot to disrupt the London Stock Exchange (more like barricade it so no trading could happen) to protest the UK’s support for Israel’s ethnic cleansing in Gaza and the West Bank. Predictably the Metropolitan Police and a lot of the press are talking about the planned protest like it would have been worse than what the people were protesting.
