4/ Hallerman:

Asked about why she came in when she did, Willis said she listened to Wade's testimony. “It only makes sense” for me to be the next witness, she said. “I was pacing in my office and I heard someone yell his testimony was done....I ran to the courtroom”

34/ Judge admonishes Fani to "listen" to questions or he'll have to strike her testimony if it happens over and over.

Morocco still occupies 70 % of Western Sahara and during the war built the world's largest military wall of 2,700 kilometres, comprising around 10 million landmines, 200,000 soldiers and countless ground radars to keep the Frente Polisario away from the towns in the occupied territory.

In 1991, a ceasefire was signed on the basis that the Sahrawi people would be allowed to hold a referendum the following year and determine their own destiny. Through diplomatic manoeuvres and the support of France and the USA, it was repeatedly postponed and reshaped.

After 30 years of diplomacy and progressive disenfranchisement of the Sahrawis, the armed struggle was resumed in 2020 and is still being waged today.

Come and learn more about the situation in Western Sahara, the history of the Sahrawi people and how they can be supported.

This is making my blood boil. If you live in #NJ I would encourage you to reach out to your representative and tell them that this is legislation that only stands to hurt people. @GottaLaff this reminds me of the Ken Starr fishing expedition Bill Clinton

@GottaLaff What the hell is wrong with this judge? These Trump lawyers are out of control. Are they going to put up pictures of Wade's penis now?

@GottaLaff I still don’t get what actual legal questions are being raised by Roman’s attorneys in all this. Even if Willis did hire Wade specifically to get some financial benefit, that sounds like some kind of ethical issue, but not something that would have an effect on the fairness of the trial. I must be missing something in it because a judge agreed to hear the whole thing.

42/ Finally Cross is up.

Anna Cross, on behalf of the DA's office, is up for cross examination.

Cross: Your income decreased as a result of your work with the DA's office?

Wade: Significantly.
