今天和朋友聚餐说起一件去年的事，简要说就是教育局没有兑现当时在校招对研究生许下的承诺，所以有研究生去游行抗议，其实也不是游行，就是到教育局想问个说法。后来承诺兑现了。
然后就是学校把研究生一个一个叫去谈话，翻手机聊天记录，写承诺书。哪怕没有实际行动只有讨论的，也要承诺永远不会再做这样的事。
今天说到这件事是因为，一个学校的推优名单报上去，教育局说，谁都可以评优，ta不行。
因为ta参与了去年的事。

人处于不安全的环境时，会不自觉去寻找受害者的问题，仿佛论证了受害者和自己有很大的差异，就能证明自己是安全的，给自己一个保证。

特别常见的例子是指责受到性骚扰的女性是她们穿着暴露；不是很常见的例子是在今年这种大面积layoff时拼命论证裁掉的都是performance不好的。
