I'm getting really sick of people lying about guns. I just watched a pair of news commentators discuss how Americans are armed with "pea shooters and hunting rifles."
Plot twist, these are progressive commentators, arguing against the 2nd. They are lying because they want to stress how stupid any would be to resist the government. And how their pea shooters are ineffective. Yesterday these same guys said those pea shooters are weapons of war appropriate only on a battlefield, the most destructive weapons in history.
The reality is that neither extreme is true. But the argument is always extremes. I'm just revolted by it.

I would like to propose a law that requires registration for organ donations, and if paid for by a recipient, duplicate organs like kidneys and lungs can be seized via eminent domain. At the end of life, all your organs can be harvested, and be distributed to the highest bidder.
Alternatively, we can pass a law that says no one has dominion over your body but you, and may not use any part of your body without your absolute consent.
3rd major storm of the year about to hit. the first one ripped the gates off my fence, the second took down a tree, and this one has every tornado warning sounding off at full volume, warnings to my phone, etc. If I go quiet in 20 mins...
I'm curious, what part of speech are insults? When you say "that guy Steve is such a dick." What is "dick"?

Don’t you hate it when you misplace your keys or live an unfulfilling existence.
OK, I think what I look forward to in the next ten years is AI teaching me things. All things. Teaching me chemistry, or French, or electrical work.
I like watching sailboat videos on YouTube. I think my favorite is probably Sailing Uma. But I am currently watching Gone With the Wynns. I love their lifestyle, but the couple bothers me. And I just figured out what it is... the woman could be my mother. I don't want to see her on a beach in a bikini. I had this epiphany when she went to pet the ship's cat...
Knowing this makes the videos easier to watch.
I'm guessing I got off lucky, judging by the number of fire trucks driving past.
