我背对窗户躺着，猫贴着我也躺着，热乎乎的爪子在我背上鬼鬼祟祟地掏掏，我猜想猫跟我一个方向躺着。我反手去摸猫，摸一个软软的毛球，顺着背摸到尾巴根，背后立刻传来地动山摇般的呼噜声。开心，猫开心立刻就会呼噜呼噜，不骗人，也藏不住。喜欢。

私心安利一个可能不是很有名，但我个人喜欢得不得了的芬兰画家，Helene Schjerfbeck (1862-1946)

她生前最有名的应该是前两幅（康复的小男孩和系舞鞋的小女孩），但近些年网上流传得比较广的是她的那些自画像（图三）从古典派的青年，到印象派的中年，到抽象派的老年——有人甚至把这个绘画进化史和Louis Wain精神分裂过程中画的猫相比……我觉得夸张了。个人比较喜欢她中年时期的人像，概括和用色都惊为天人（图四）

历史上女性画家并没有详细的生平记录，只知道她终身未嫁，直到人生的最后一刻都在不停画画。画肖像。我觉得她的肖像自始至终都是画给自己看的，抽象其实是无数个自己重叠：心里的挂念越来越轻，形状也自然越来越简单，寥寥几笔是她最后留给自己的印象——画家终其一生中都在观察，而她最后画布上深陷的眼窝里并没有眼睛。

这次在Samburu自然保护区看到了当地特有的斑马——细纹斑马（Grevy's Zebra），体型最大的斑马。和普通斑马比起来，斑纹和间距都更窄，肚子上没有纹路是白白的一片。
在国际自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录（iucn red list）里是濒危物种（Endangered），现在全世界野生的大概有2000只吧。
