@TonyStark People don’t realize that the holocaust didn’t happen overnight. Erasing a people, their culture and their identity is a crime. It’s called #EthnicCleansing. This is precisely what ALEC and their ilk are trying to do to United States history. This is not okay, this is the road down to #authoritarianism and a racist society. This makes my stomach churn.

No-one's quite sure what's going on. Possibly the algae is serving as the medium catalyzing the interaction between the anode and cathode in the battery.
Except research shows the anode isn't degrading, which suggests ...

I'm not sure where that came from, because it takes longer to say than "July 4th", but for some reason that one particuly holiday has been called the Fourth of July as long as I can remember. Typically Americans have liked to shorten things but there is also this thing about tradition, and in that case I suspect tradition wone out.

Police are almost always totally unaccountable professionally, criminally, and civilly. It gives them a sense of limitless authority, which they often execute with impunity.
It’s past time we moved on from policing as it presently exists and to a different model. Police abolition isn’t about letting criminals get away with crimes. It is about replacing this corrupt and broken institution with community/civil protection units that have specialized skills, which can be deployed as and where needed.
