The mental gymnastics required for petitioner's URL argument are truly astounding. By this logic, any website that offers an internal search function is ineligible for #Section230.

So, plaintiffs could sneak 3P content claims around 230 by simply pointing to the first-party URL.

@mmasnick From reports I’ve gotten from Tesla insiders it’s been like this at Tesla for years. One unwritten rule at Tesla I was told about: in a meeting, never sit in a chair at the actual conference table. Sit in one along the wall or stand behind someone. If Musk comes in, he’s most likely to ask a pop question to someone at the table and if he doesn’t like your answer, well… adios.

Those of us raised in Xtian homes were taught that salvation (ie. help/rescue) was only possible through Jesus Christ. Our first defence in a crisis was to be prayer - not trying to solve the problem on our own. This is an infantile, dependent attitude that is not the least bit helpful for real world adulting. #exchristian #secular #humanist #criticalthinking
