Y’all may get tired of #desantis memes, but I live in #Florida (originally a New Yorker). I’ve been here over 10 years and I see a huge difference in the quality of life for those in the middle class.

Trump's play is not about next election, per se. Reporting it as such is malpractice.

Trump's play=make prosecuting him an existential challenge for democracy, where his partisans will take out law enf to undermine the case.

Trump's play is to ALWAYS reinforce division in society, to ratchet it up, so his supporters will continue to piss away their lives by attacking democracy to save him.

His play=keep his supporters distracted from enormous fraud he commits against them.

And by ‘rigging’ she means changing the primary schedule to include black voters in South Carolina early on.

If your political party calls for the "eradication" of trans people, I consider you a member of a hate group. If you don't like that characterization, change your party or change parties.

Let’s be clear, the party that wants to increase the federal debt by roughly $3 trillion — largely through tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations — doesn't care about fiscal restraint.

It cares about maintaining its power by giving handouts to the rich.

"Fake news" is a popular slogan used by the far-right.

Despite being almost a century apart, both terms are used for the same purpose - discredit dissent & undermine public trust

This is also why Black people get so upset when the police shoot someone and say "He was armed! His gun was found at the scene!"

Being armed is not supposed to be a crime in this gun obsessed country. If being stopped by police while armed got you shot, then white men would be shot at the highest rate. But that's not what we see. We see the opposite.

The second amendment is not a real right, because of the way our system of justice selectively enforces it. It's the *white* to bear arms.

My daughter asked me "is there was a way to make my Etsy listing photos look better" and so I took the opportunity to break out my chimera double baffle speed ring mounted softbox with a 1200 watt profoto monolight, turn to her knowingly and say "why yes, there is" (then taught her how to shoot using it)
