@waitnwallflower I feel this so hard, my last three years of teaching were absolutely horrible for my mental health; I left after my counselor said I was showing signs of trauma.

I hesitate to recommend it to anyone and can only support the people I know with admonishments to not work too hard and take care of themselves. It’s so hard. Teaching is such a culture of martyrdom that burns through people so fast.
