4th #sourdough loaf. Good enough that I felt confident gifting it to our neighbors across the street. #baking #FoodPhotography

Gave this one a shot a while back but that was while I was in the throes of addiction so I didn’t manage to get very far. Gonna give it another try.

Spent the morning with one of my fellow Volunteers at one of our other Pantries, they have so much more space than us! To extent they have a kids play area, and enough space for people to space out and have a brew and catch up in a really relaxed way.
We have Pantry Envy 😂😊😂

This is scary. Prosecuting librarians for having books on the shelves? What world do I live in?

And it's happening here in Michigan.

For mastodon to grow, it needs to be seen as an active place, by users and prospective users.

A beautiful night on the Gulf of Mexico with the water a turquoise green and colorful sunset clouds overhead. If you look closely you can see two people taking a dip in the warm Gulf waters. An impressionistic effect has been applied.

Ransomware Attacks Have Entered a ‘Heinous’ New Phase

Today we’re celebrating the life of Micaela Bastidas, who in 1780 started an Inca uprising against the Spanish with her husband, Túpac Amaru II. One of her goals was to reestablish Indigenous women in social life and politics, which the Spanish had prevented. Among other roles, she was a key figure in supplying troops with the necessary money, food, clothing, and weapons.

I was a local park sitting in the grass watching the birds when I noticed a Tufted Titmouse kept peeking out of the ivy like it was playing Peek-A-Boo with me. I got my camera ready for the next time it came out of the ivy to get this shot.

I am a glass half full kinda chick. I’ll never wish harm on anyone. I’ll hope I can teach you and that you learn. Even though lots of horrid things have happened in my life,(and in many lives),I’ll always choose forgiveness and love. It makes my life easier, kinder, happier. Anger ruins people and lives. It’s not in me. #ThoughtsWithShannon #deepthoughts #tuesday #love

Florida Republicans have filed a new Florida amendment allowing only certain flags being displayed by governmental buildings

The confederate flag is one of the few they allow

The pride and trans flags are not

I say make the confederate flag the state flag of Florida. What better way to express you’re a perennial loser?
