Huge benefit for #Ukraine that some of their training and logistics is being handled in other nations (that are under NATO’s Article 5 protection).

I feed the bird and off course the squirrels come and eat also.
At times in spring there are sometimes 10 around the house.
This one was sitting in a dead tree.

A Russian mobilized soldier explains to Ukrainian soldiers who interrogate him that 'everything is bad' in his brigade.

"We are being forced to storm positions, threatened and constantly replenished due to heavy casualties. We are also running out of ammunition", he says.

America constantly refuses to elect those that are able to help them!. Elect those who comprehends the law, has intelligence, integrity, ethics , compassion!. Good luck maintaining your rights America with your current voting style!

Please, for god’s sake, remember that fascists don’t need to be provoked to take your freedoms and your life. Your very existence may provoke them.

The universe is wild.

This streak on a Hubble photo, originally thought to be an imaging glitch, is actually a 200,000 light year trail of new stars formed by the wake of a black hole that was ejected from the galaxy at the top right.

For reference, that streak is about twice the diameter of the Milky Way!

Reportedly Twitter is now restricting links to, and retweets of, many other social media and author platforms, not just Mastodon.

What next? Blocking access to competing ISPs on Starlink? Preventing Teslas from driving to competing car dealers?

Yesterday I left Australia after 9 months living in Brisbane.

While I was away, my university - MSU - experienced a horrific mass shooting. My children’s school had more gun-related closures than snow days. Books were banned for telling the truth. And the rights of women, minorities & the LGBTQ+ community have been under attack like never before in my lifetime.

I return to the U.S. with mixed feelings, but more driven than ever to help make things better.

Happy Easter everyone. 🐰🐔🐥

A good Saturday morning to follow more folks here. The #caturday content alone is spectacular. 😁

I don't know about you but I want an organization of people trained in medicine to determine what drugs to put to market, like say the FDA, and not some lone rando judge who may be educated in the law but not much more.
