Pond of kaos.

Here's a bunch of hooded mergansers (Lophodytes cucullatus) I ran into in Georgia several months ago. These ducks were swimming every which way in a small pond. There were many more than these, but these birds separated from the group.

@GottaLaff Here in the UK, as in US we are experiencing the same apparent acceleration of fascism. It’s definitely in the door now, hanging up its coat. They have got away with so much, by putting their own in positions of power that they seem to be unstoppable now. (Of course they are stoppable, it would just take a bit of graft to bring it off.)

Best news I've heard in FL in a long time. We just voted in a Dem mayor in Jacksonville, the largest city in the state. She was outspent 3-1 and still won! Also picked up several other Dems for the city council. Expecting a big change in how things are done here. Congrats to Donna Deegan! She'll be a fair and reasonable leader. DeSantis is next to go. #floridaPolitics
