Apologies for not being very active on Mastodon. I’ve been hanging out on the floors of brewery patios letting the dogs of strangers crawl all over me and it’s honestly been great.

Look closely at the wording of the #Apple app store requirement about blocking users. It says: "The ability to block abusive users FROM THE SERVICE" (my capitalization). It doesn't say a way for users to block other users from their timelines or interactions. It says "from the service" -- that strongly implies this refers to an administrative function to kick someone off entirely, NOT a user function.
