Hi - Twitter is a garbage fire. I am going to try to use this platform more. Love,-Bing.

Interesting recent story by my colleagues looking at the proliferation of Israeli government digital advertisements focused on the current war effort against Hamas. The Ad ecosystem is a strange place. https://www.reuters.com/world/graphic-pro-israel-ads-make-their-way-into-childrens-video-games-2023-10-30/

We talk about wanting professional journalists to ditch Twitter and come to Mastodon.

When the they do we need to make them welcome!

Today Chris Bing @Bing_Chris a distinguished Reuters reporter covering hacking and foreign affairs has joined mastodon saying "Hi - Twitter is a garbage fire. I am going to try to use this platform more. Love,-Bing."

Let's show Chris some love!

Seeing everyone's happy Halloween photos reminds me that not all children are so lucky to be able to celebrate a silly holiday right now. If only all children everywhere could be as safe and supported as the ones out in costumes trick-o-treating tonight… 😔

Treat or treat? 😊💀
Happy Halloween. Will upload this one soon for the beautiful goths amongst us ❤️💀❤️

President Biden and First Lady Halloween at the White House.

Republican members of Congress unanimously chose Mike Johnson to be their speaker knowing who he is and what he did. His role in the 2020 election, his election denialism and hostility to voting rights are well known among his peers. https://www.democracydocket.com/opinion/a-big-lie-ring-leader-becomes-speaker-of-the-house/
