Knew it.
I think we all knew it, really.

My daughter just texted me to tell me she'd had a sip of her mother's "cholesterol-infused espresso."

You probably had the same response as I did, so be reassured that this was a typo for "chocolate-infused espresso."

Discovery in the Twitter ad placement lawsuit would be 🔥

Please, please. I hope Musk sues.

Mastodon, we have a problem.

@Teri_Kanefield: I am beginning to think I waste my time and energy on social media... I came back to read my comments... and really, I feel ill.

@Popehat: ...find me on Bluesky... more comfortable there, and less like I'm likely to get screamed at...

@mmasnick: Same is mostly true for me.

@mattblaze: Getting close to joining you... The yelling here is getting to be a bit much.

@GottaLaff: No I am not tired: I'm SICK and tired... of negative contrarians...

Heute ein Jugendfoto vom Schätzchenkätzchen.

Please feel free to tell me to pound sand. I don't need to be here, and "successful YouTubers" is hardly a marginalized group.

But also understand that I *want* to be here. I'm not leveraging this platform to spread my videos, I'm here to offer a way for people to connect with me. And I'm here to have fun.

At this point I need to self-censor a /lot/ to keep it fun. I'll try that for a while, but it's a damn shame I need to do it.

Esquire Magazine did what CNN, The New York Times, and every other mainstream news outlet should have been doing since 2015: they published a headline about him that is actually accurate.

@mastodonmigration

Haha—I just checked & I see I joined Mastodon on November 19!
Funny, but I don’t remember it having anything to do with a Twitter lockout—not sure if I even remember the lockout.
I’dbeen wishing to escape since Musk took over & had read articles about various options by @Teri_Kanefield. She landed here and I followed suit.
I’ve been happy at Mastodon & for me there’s so much to like that it outweighs any deficiencies.
