@hosford42 @hannu_ikonen @shayz0rz I feel y'all so hard on this conversation. My natural sleep cycle is 2am-10am. Any other time, even if I get the same 8 hours, I never feel rested. In this season of my life, with an 11yo, I have to force myself into a highly abnormal schedule. It sucks.

And I think it's genetic. My dad is exactly the same way, as are several cousins. I recently got diagnosed with ADHD at age 46, and apparently that comes with sleep disturbances. Explains a lot, in my case. 🫤

What I care about are the poets, sports fans, community activists, academics, nerds, geeks, anime fans, old movie buffs, music fans, philosophers, environmentalists, photographers, bloggers, cat people, dog people, hosers, bloggers, sci-fi freaks, astronomers,biologists, and the marginalized souls that can't find a haven anywhere else. Good morning! Last night I went to bed early with a headache + unusually high fatigue. The sleep seems to have helped, as I'm feeling energetic and motivated.

It's our last day of 70F, so I've taken my first walk and plan on another later. In between I'm tackling the usual chores.
