For four years, New Year's Eve TV shows are a reminder of how most people simply don't care. #COVID19 and other respiratory viruses are surging. Hospitals in many places are overflowing. And thousands and thousands of people are cramming into venues to scream, dance and sing. I'm torn between jealousy of how little people care and being disgusted about how little people care.
