People who blame Democrats for situations brought about by Republican behavior are following Murc's Law. Murc’s Law is ""the widespread assumption that only Democrats have any agency or causal influence over American politics.'"

So, instead of blaming #Republicans for the political difficulties they cause, they blame #Democrats for failing to control Republicans’ bad behavior.
