It’s #chatmedi ! On est #caturday ! We bilingue a lot !

My sweet little Phoebe. ❤️

This girl is quiet and sensitive, very unlike her outgoing brother, Finn (they don't always get along because of it). She's harder to photograph, too, because she's a bit shy, which is why I don't post her as often.

But OH what a love she is! Phoebe is happiest curled up in my arms, so I oblige as often as possible. She's my tiny little bundle of joy. 😽

Going into 2023, our old gal Clara continues to do well. She loves to sleep by a sunny window. Diagnosed with kidney disease, to keep her from losing weight, Clara needs to be fed a range of tasty foods often throughout the day.

A Metro Cat Rescue volunteer found Clara abandoned under a tarp covering a motorcycle by some garbage cans.

I had grand plans to get out and take some pictures today but can't get motivated. Currently I'm sitting in bed with Oreo, trying to stay awake. 🥱 Looks like a lazy Caturday afternoon for me, maybe some pictures tonight. 🌠

Hopefully everyone is having a good weekend so far! 👋🙂

I hear my wife grinding coffee so motivation might improve... ☕

#Caturday on the #CatsOfMastodon Part III

Are you following me?

This house finch seems to look back over its shoulder as if annoyed by being followed or bothered.

The photo turned out much better than I thought it would. I like it.

Where's our three strikes law for corporate crime?

Do you still pin up paper photos?

Mastodon supports 96 different languages and dialects.

You can choose your interface language, filter your timelines by language, and say which languages you post in.

There's also a built-in automatic translation system on some servers (depending on whether your admin has switched it on).

It's important to set your posting language as this is what allows the language filters and automatic translation systems to work.

You can find out how to do all these things at:

Coming to terms with the fact that I will never be as cool as my cat.

#214: The thing to remember about Mike Pompeo is that he is an untruthful, fundamentally unserious person, with terrible ideas about foreign policy & everything else, who weakened & embarrassed the State Department & was the worst Secretary of State in US history
