At 4:10am, the communication channel for strategic aviation is still open, allowing both Tu-95 and Tu-22m3 aircraft to operate. There has been a record number of launches of mixed aircraft, including UAVs with Kalibrs and S-300s, as well as a lot of electronic warfare. It is unclear if the usual pattern of attacks in waves has been followed, as it would be interesting to review the Air Force report.
