ATTENDEE: I’m glad to hear you standing up against Trump, but when the results came in, you jumped ship.

CHRISTIE: Let me explain. Let me explain 2016 to you. I’ll be honest with you. We all made a strategic error… I stayed with him in 2016 because I didn’t want Hillary Clinton to be president. None of us knew what kind of president he really would be or not.

Holy moly!! Lightening caught mid-strike as it hits a tree. ⚡ 🌳 😲

I hope the photographer was using an extremely long-range telephoto lens, as lightening will travel along root systems, which can extend some distance away depending upon the type of tree.

It should be obvious by now that the point of purchasing Twitter was to destroy any possibility that you could determine a credible news source. That’s what the whole verification issue is about. The goal was to shift credibility to random, right wing and white supremacist nutjobs who pay.

You can’t “politicize” US gun violence. It’s already political. Every other rich democracy in the world has sane gun laws. That’s the default. To do otherwise was a political choice.

Tolerating the routine mass slaughter of civilians *is* an inherently political choice.

If my kids have to do gun shooting drills & practice where to hide in case a shooter comes into their school with an assault rifle to shoot them, your white kids can handle learning about what your ancestors & their ancestors did to black people in our country til 60 years ago.
