But if we could get only one form of gun legislation I'd ask for an insurance and liability system. Guns must be tagged at multiple levels with serial numbers. (making it near impossible to remove is within our powers) the damage done by a gun leads to civil suits for the owner OR last legal owner. All gun owners must have insurance. The premiums would increase with risk of catastrophe and murder.

I have half the followers I did on Twitter, where I was also a nobody, but I've had far more success getting people interested in my books here.

I think a lot of people assume they need Twitter because "everybody is on Twitter." But the algorithm doesn't do anybody any favors except Musk and Russian and far right propagandists.

There's no point relying on Twitter when your visibility is nil and Musk can jerk you around on a whim.
