If Tories can convince people the NHS can't cope or has failed them, there will be enough gullible people who will swallow the lie, ignore the fact it's Tories that deliberately destroyed the service & it's all a huge con so wealthy Tories can enrich Tory donors with an everlasting cash-cow that they'll use to milk the sick & elderly of their savings.

It'll be a total downgrade, cost more, be restrictive & increase suffering... with absoloutely no way back to a free NHS.

Even hardcore Twitter types noticing the decline in timeline activity there. Social networks, like all social activities, can flip rapidly from FOMO (fear of missing out) to FOBS (fear of being seen). Twitter is very close to doing that FOMO→FOBS engagement flip.
