They have more to gain from proceeding then settling. All the evidence we’ve seen says they’ll win. They’ll get Hannity, Carlson on the stand under oath saying it was all BS and the rest of the stooges all the way up the ladder.

Then they win and get punitive damages and hopefully a judgement they have to announce every day for months that trump lost, they all knew it and they all lied over and over again….

See, for white society in general, it does not matter if you as a Black person are "highly intelligent," a "gifted soul," or not. The very first thing they see, and often the ONLY thing they see is your Blackness. You could be a dual Juilliard and Harvard grad with a PhD in neuroscience - if you knock on the wrong white person's door, all they will see is "Negro savage." They killed Elijah McClain. They killed John Crawford. They roughed up Henry Louis Gates for going into his *OWN HOUSE.*

Respectability politics will not save us. Only anti-racism will.

And this is not something that liberals 'gave' to Republicans. This is a battle that Republicans sought out specifically because they view trans people as a group that they can rally people into hating.

Fascism always starts by fracturing and dividing people. Standing up for the trans community is not only right in terms of protecting a vulnerable group, but also is the front line in protecting democracy for all.

Fox News viewers still don’t know the truth about Trump’s big election lie, nor about the network’s role in promoting that lie.
