Lots of people have made fun of my mental illness and openness about it, most often on Twitter. But I’m okay. So far I haven’t looked at one of them and said “wow they seem really happy and successful, I wish I had their life.”

While the blame for the climate crisis can be spread around to quite a lot of humanity, few people bear more culpability, throughout the history of the crisis, than Texas and its ruling elite.

I just saw someone try to reply-guy the whole of Mastodon over the mocking of the article telling us to adapt to #ClimateChange, telling us all how adaptation is our only option.
