This is Missy. She's normally a bit reluctant to snuggle, but tonight for some reason she was adamant about squirming in between her two humans.

She was a feral colony cat. We brought her inside during the first year of COVID when she had her second litter of kittens, and we wanted to keep them all safe. We got her spayed and tried to find a forever home for her, but eventually we became her forever home.

She's a real sweetheart but still a bit standoffish sometimes. I suspect she has congenital cerebellar hypoplasia, which makes her very unsteady on her feet and kind of hyper-reactive. Our neighbor who helped take care of the feral colony used to call her "Wobbles." But it doesn't seem to bother her, and she's perfectly happy as she sashays and wobbles about our house with the other #cats

That is true we don't generally need to publicize pix of the alleged murderer.
But the only reason to share any photos of a shooter is when he's still at large and locals are being urged to lock down and, obviously, avoid him. Like tonight.

Because it should. It really, really should.

Screw the plea deal. She is clearly unrepentant and needs to be convicted as an accessory to the insurrection.

I’m kind of sick over another terrible mass shooting with suspect at large.

I did receive the results which reported my bone loss is stable, haven’t lost anymore so I guess that’s good.

It’s definitely the guns. And the people who refuse to regulate the guns in any way whatsoever…even after children are killed at school multiple times.

People around the globe have great difficulty understanding why this is still okay with legislators in the US. Over and over and over. It’s utter madness.

My daughter was walking to the King Soopers grocery in Boulder, CO as it was being shot up by a gunman. Her dad called her to make sure she knew it was going on. That call turned her around and she went home and locked down. She moved to #Maine a few years ago. I texted her now about the Lewiston, ME shooting happening. She didn’t know. She’s 20 mins from #Lewiston - not close, but not far enough for me.

I was going to rant about GOP speaker nominee Mike Johnson's core philosophy that the point of American women is for breeding cheap labor to enrich the oligarchs, but honestly, that's the entire GOP now.

the American Fascist coup of 1980 (aka Iran-Contragate and the 'election' of Ronald Reagan) empowered the oligarchy to accelerate the dismantling of all antifascist institutions created after WWII, especially education.
