We need a system where fascist federal judges cannot throw out popular democratically-enacted legislation because they don't think it's fascist enough. It's either Democracy or authoritarianism, up and down all levels of our government, and right now our democracy is losing in 1/2 the states and most of our federal judiciary. 100% of R house members voted for a Christian nationalist/fascist speaker.
