Hunting.

"Ospreys are unusual among hawks in possessing a reversible outer toe that allows them to grasp with two toes in front and two behind. Barbed pads on the soles of the birds' feet help them grip slippery fish. When flying with prey, an Osprey lines up its catch head first for less wind resistance.

Luckily they had help from the organisation ProCheese and their Ardis Group firm who arranged the logistics: ordering a refrigerated lorry and organising the paperwork to drive it from a warehouse in Kyiv to Slovakia to Trondheim.
In the end, all 23 cheeses made it to Norway in one piece, joining just over 4,500 other products to be tasted blind.
Despite all the challenges of working in a country at war, 2023 proved to be a success for the Ukrainian cheeses, which emerged with 13 awards.
Oksana has helped to raise funds from Italy's famous Parmigiano Reggiano, to help rebuild a Kherson eco-farm named Lymanska Koza, which is determined to keep going, despite many months under constant shelling.
The Jersey dairy is in the Lviv region, far from the front lines but it has also come under attack: in May last year, a rocket fell just a few hundred yards away from the site, forcing workers to seek refuge in the basements where the maturing cheese is stored.

And we will certainly stop the new genocide that Russia, which inherited the criminality of totalitarianism, brought to our land.
Eternal memory to all victims of Holodomor-genocide! Eternal gratitude to all those who fought and are fighting for the freedom of Ukraine! 🇺🇦
