Deep In The Grand Canyon
We start day 6 near the 140 mile marker with 100 miles or more to go. We are deep in the canyon. Bothe rims are roughly 3,000 feet overhead but I don't recall seeing the rim now for a couple of days deep in the canyon.

Missed Hanukkah last night because I was in mid-air. Made up for it tonight by making borscht and latkes. Small hiccup when I realized that the recent decommissioning of our gas stove meant I had no way to light the candles. Luckily, my husband found an old box of wooden matches and saved the day. Happy Hanukkah (or Chanukah) to all who celebrate light and peace.

Legal analysis is odd; like saying I'm not a Superfund whistleblower cause I don't work for Northrop, & vapor intrusion isn't related to Superfunds

I immediately said I'm appealing

But now I have 15 days to appeal to OSHA to investigate themselves & 30 days to appeal CERCLA to ALJ

While I have 13 days to finish my civil lawsuit filings
