An interdisciplinary team discovered a previously unknown Etruscan temple (45 meters by 35 meters) in the ancient city of Vulci, which lies in the Italian region of Latium. Eilean nam Ban, known locally as Seagull Island, is a mile or so out of Kinlochleven on the north side of Loch Leven. Historically, it was used as a meeting point for clan chieftains to settle their differences and more recently as a location for a slightly more adventurous wedding.
