"fuck nazis" is literally the same. eugen can say "fuck nazis" all he wants but nazis can (and probably do) still prop up mastodon servers of their own. you can't stop them. it's up to individual instance owners to 1) ban nazis and 2) blacklist those instances so at the very least they can reach as little of the federation as possible
