SpaceX successfully buffaloed federal agencies to permit a launch which failed to use standard technology in place since before Apollo, resulting in giant chunks of concrete being thrown thousands of feet into wetlands.

Now the agencies are sort-of doing their jobs, so SpaceX is really mad and claiming there's a 'red tape' problem.

Here's the sad part.

Those messages? They're not wrong.

The support for the right have been so trained to think MAGA that deviation from that basically means losing an election. Jordan's tactics in this Speaker fight are just the most blatant example of that.

Even worse? Even if they do change their mind and go along with Jordan as speaker, their career is done. They've already committed apostasy in MAGA eyes, and their removal from the Republican ticket for someone more extreme, more MAGA, is just a matter of time.

Again, best thing for each of these politicians to do is to stop having their face gnawed off by leopards, and either go independent or go Blue.
