It's wild* how I've had clients rotting in jail as they await trial on their marijuana cases because the judges believed #marijuana to be a "danger to the public," yet #Trump remains free after being indicted in 4 separate felony cases that involve conduct where people died (January 6 insurrection) and an attempts to overthrow our country's government.

Anyone have a Lisa RAM card they'd want to sell me? (hopefully better than the current eBay listing of $229.)

It is not "weaponizing" the criminal justice system to indict people on strong evidence of their criminal conduct.

“This should be decided at the ballot box” is such an utterly deranged thing to say when the reason why we are in this situation is that Trump and his enablers didn’t respect the decision at the ballot box and instead engaged in a vast conspiracy to end constitutional government.

Thank you for reporting that assassination threat to the FBI.

Our problem now is that it is the position of the whole Republican Party, as elucidated by Donald Trump and Matt Gaetz last weekend, that political change must be achieved by violence.

Most FBI agents are at least sympathetic to that position, and some would gladly carry out the assassinations that the GOP calls for.

I wish more people cared enough to vote.
