The shooting lasted less than two minutes. There were HUNDREDS of armed and trained police officers ONSITE at this shooting.

And STILL 22 people were shot and 7 have life threatening injuries, with at least one person killed.

It strikes me as very odd that a Republican congressman came out and warned that there is a national security threat from another country, which other sources have said is Russia. Because the biggest national security threat we have is that Republicans are bowing down to Russia.
